Santa Fe Indian Market Weekend–What Fun!

the joys of Santa Fe Indian Market weekend

August in Santa Fe is a special time, especially this year, with the great monsoon moisture , lots of collectors we haven’t seen in a while, and Indian Market Weekend a total success. I always feel the urge to capture whats in the air with the colors on my canvas, and a certain joy of movement and spirit that only a horse can show….so I painted “Dancing on Red”….

I combined all my favorites, the dripping paint, some texture, an elegant horse and bright color…I’m happy with this painting, gives me the feeling of late summer in Santa Fe…

    Hi,

I saw a similar painting of yours on Pinterest, and then looked you up. I adore your horses. I do not see the one I was first attracted to, but I also love Dancing on Red. Can you tell me what size it is, how much it costs and if it is on canvas or a panel?

    Thank you.
